Pro-Seal
Prodec Pro-Seal is a long life, colourless waterbased product that impregnates and seals a range of unpainted cementitious substrates and sound previously painted waterbased paint surfaces.
Coverage
1 litre will cover about 3-4 m² for 2 coats

- Excellent penetrating, binding and water repellent properties
- Excellent adhesion
- For exterior or interior use. Creates a water repellent single skin walling system that prevents future moisture penetration and fungal/algal growth.
- Removes the need for the use of plaster primer
- Reduces the amount of waterbased top coat paint to be applied over it, as it reduces the porosity of the substrate thus ensuring that the top coat spreads further
- Can be used on unpainted paster, concrete (cast and pre cast), bag wash, cement,face and calsi bricks, fibre cement and masonry surfaces that have previously been painted with waterbased paints.
